MSPA/Booru

Summary

Booru grabs a random image from mspabooru.org. JadeBot will respond to this command from both ==>mspa and ==>booru. Images will always be pulled from the 25 most recent images from that search result.

The Source link will link to the referenced source in the mspabooru.org post. Some sources will be to dead links, some sources may be NSFW; Art without a source will instead lead to the mspabooru page.

Without any arguments after the command, JadeBot will display a recent image from mspabooru.com.

Every word you write after the initial command specifies a corresponding tag on the booru. Spaces denote seperate tags, and underscores specify tags that contain multiple words. A -tag specifies you do not want this tag to appear in the search result. You should be able to perform every tag you can on a *booru on jadebot. Please submit a bug if you cannot.

Note: These do not need to be ordered, as shown in the picture above, you can add a normal tag after a -tag. Some tags may be shortened (most character names do not need to be spelled out in full, e.g. you can just add jade to get the same results as jade_harley. Davepeta is a notable exception, and is only tagged as Davepetasprite^2.) An extensive and full list of aliases can be found here.

Unfortunately, many common ship names are not used on mspabooru; instead many long and complicated ship names are used. There are a few exceptions, including rosemary for rosekan, and grimdorks for johnrose. Some are very clever, some are very lame, almost all of them are word plays.

Very few OT3s and polyships have ship names, there are exceptions like rule63_twilight_saga for jaderosekan, and even that does not include all submitted art for the ship. Most of them will include multishipping as well as their individual names, you will have to live with the inaccuracy unfortunately.

Banned Arguments

JadeBot has a list of “banned” tags, some are for discord’s censor (you may not display nsfw content outside of nsfw marked channels.), some are personal morality judgements. These may change, grow or shrink in the future. The banlist does not currently change depending on if the channel is safe for work or not safe for work, but may in the future.

Banlist

• 3d - Lots of game screenshots. High probability to spam front page when new art is added.*
• *cest - The asterisk specifies that this is a wildcard search, almost all incest tags end in ‘cest’, and the ones that don’t are also tagged with ‘incest’.
• gore - Inappropriate for sfw channels.
• erasure - The ship tag for Dirk x Kanaya.
• vomit - Inappropriate for sfw channels.
• bondage - Inappropriate for sfw channels.
• dubcon - Inappropriate for sfw channels.
• mind_control - undertagged content, rarely appropriate for sfw channels.
• undergarments - undertagged content, rarely appropriate for safe for work channels.
• rating:questionable - Cheesecake/Beefcake style content, no privates are shown but often implies such content through cameltoes or erect nipples through clothing. Not appropriate for safe for work channels.
• rating:explicit - Explicit sexual content. Not allowed on mspabooru, but included for futureproofing reasons. Not appropriate for safe for work channels.
• deleteme - Content flagged for moderators to remove, mostly filled with art intentionally designed to be offensive or hurtful to others, as well as outright pornography. both of which make it worthy of banning.
